We talk to operators every single week — GMs, F&I directors, BDC managers, fab-shop owners, lawn-care founders. Cold calls, podcasts, conferences, DMs. The roadmap starts in their service drive, not a whiteboard.
Step 02
Every meaningful change runs through the 7-CEO strategic board and the 4-panel design + building team. We do not ship category-defining work on one person's instinct — it gets pressure-tested first.
Step 03
Monthly cadence in production with paying customers. Telemetry, federation signals, and operator phone calls drive what we tighten next. If a feature is not used, it gets cut.
